Yesterday Kylee was moved into a room that has two beds and found herself sharing with a lovely older maori woman.  This dear lady was in hospital to get her Chemo Therapy as she has lung cancer.  I saw the bond of friendship between Kylee and this woman reach out and span the gap across age, race and experience.  They encouraged one another!  I guess when we are fighting a health issue battle its nice to find others in the same boat. Yesterday also saw a return of pain levels and today we are in for another ketamine shot.  Hopefully following this they are looking at returning Kylee home, so maybe this time is really my last entry.
